What is a Calorie Deficit?
A calorie deficit is the number of calories you need to reduce to lose weight. You create a do this by either eating less calories or burning more calories (through exercise) or a combination of the two. When you create a calorie deficit, your body will dig into your excess stores for the extra energy it needs resulting in weight loss.

The calculator calculates the total calorie deficit required to reach your goal weight. Our experts will then guide you on how to divide the deficit on a daily basis depending on the timeframe you want to reduce in—keeping in mind the the weight is lost in the most healthy manner and is permenant loss not temporary loss.
